More buildings and homes being built these days incorporate more and larger windows than ever before.

Larger and more numerous windows enhances the architectural beauty of structures, bringing more of the outdoors inside making the structure more aesthetically pleasing to the eye. This also creates numerous problems that goes along with this architectural beauty.

 The most common complaints we usually hear from people seeking help are for increased cooling costs, relief  from wear and tear on A.C. systems trying to keep up with interior heat build up, sun faded furnishings (carpets, furniture, draperies, inventory, etc...), and excessive glare (computer screens, TV screens, neighbor's flood lights, etc...).

Window film can substantially reduce these problems while providing increased comfort and lowering over all costs.

In the summer months, solar window films reduce the cost of cooling a building by rejecting up to 79% of the sun's heat passing through the windows.

Winter heat loss through windows can cause discomfort to building occupants and unnecessarily higher energy bills.

Low emissivity insulating window film applied to the inside face of ordinary single pane windows decreases heat loss through the windows by up to 30%.

 The sun's effects will eventually fade whatever is exposed to it. Our professionally installed window films will block out at least 99% of the damaging ultraviolet rays that ordinarily passes through un-tinted windows. This means that drapes, upholstery, furniture, carpeting, and etc... will remain un-faded longer if protected by solar window film.

Having the sun beam on you in an air conditioned room makes it feel like the A.C. is not working properly causing a distracting discomfort. This normally results in loss of concentration on that work your needing to get done at your office or that favorite TV program your trying to watch in your living room. Having window film installed to the interior of your windows reduces temperature imbalances between sunny and shady areas and it deflects harsh, uncomfortable glare. Therefore increasing your comfort zone dramatically.

Window film treatments add a thing of beauty to buildings at a fraction of the cost to other alternatives or refurbishments without the inconvenience of a dirty, dusty, noisy  construction zone. Our window films are available in a wide range of colors, patterns, tinted, semi-reflective, or fully reflective. All these have a glare free crystal clear view from the inside looking out and from the outside has a nice "posh" look that enhances the appearance of any structure.

 Translucent or daylight reflection film will let in light and enhance your privacy from prying eyes. However, not to be confused with a "one way mirror ".

Blackout (opaque) films are also available as well as a range of frosted decorative films that can provide an attractive finish to internal partitions for even more added privacy.

Solar window films provide the look of expensive tinted glass with the added benefit of shatter resistance.

Accidents do happen, but commercial window films can reduce the risk of glass related injury. Although not rated as strong as security\safety films, all our commercial films have a strong adhesive system that bonds the film to the glass. Glass with commercial window film installed becomes stronger and more shatter resistant. If an accident does happen, glass is more likely to stay in place, reducing the chance of dangerous jagged airborne shards flying about.

Our choice of film is Llumar ® window film which is a laminate of high performance metalized polyester film that provides significant solar insulation when applied to glass surfaces. Llumar ® films are manufactured using a state of the art sputtering process that applies metal alloys to a base film. Layers are assembled and finished with a strong scratch-resistant coating.

Llumar ® films are available in reflective and
non-reflective finishes and can be clear, colored, or patterned to blend with various design schemes. Depending on the film selected, Llumar ® can cut from 12 to 93% of incoming light, eliminate 99% of the harmful ultraviolet radiation to protect fabrics and finishes, block 92% of glare and cut up to 76% of solar heat gain through the glass.
